Welcome!

I offer individual and small group therapy - and - consultations, universal screenings, workshops, trainings, clinical supervision, and more. All of my work is evidence-based. As a life-long learner and lover of all things mental health, I stay current with validated best practices. My sessions are compassionate, solution-focused and rooted in cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies (CBT and DBT). My consultations are strategic and creative. I am known to think outside the box. Humor is the linchpin in my life and private practice. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, minor Human Resources Management (HRM), Northeastern University. 15 years strategic HRM, in large, multi-national companies. Master's of Education, Counseling Psychology, Cambridge College. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC MA-12692). Trained/worked in both inpatient and intensive outpatient hospital settings; public schools (k-12) (incl. Lead Clinician across five schools); a Big Ten University; and private practice. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I am a member of the Massachusetts Mental Health Counseling Association (MaMHCA), Intuitive Eating Counselor, Be Body Positive facilitator, Body Project facilitator, and a 200 hour trained yoga instructor. Former Strong Leader at the non-profit, Strong Women, Strong Girls. A proud SCAD survivor: I collaborate with MGH's Corrigan Women's Heart Health Program to raise awareness and support survivors of Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD). I am Health At Every Size (HAES) informed and strive to run an inclusive and welcoming practice for clients of all ages, sizes, ethnicities, religious affiliations, sexual orientations, gender identities, and more.
